Floor Coverings International Mainline has impeccable customer service! The owner(Mike) was very responsive and offered us flooring ideas that worked out great for what we needed! He also was straightforward about different pricing options. I also appreciated that his crew left our house clean and they followed Covid 19 protocol. Floor Coverings International comes highly recommended from this satisfied customer! From the initial phone call to the floor being installed, the customer service was seamless. An appointment was set up for a Saturday at my convenience. Mike and Nick showed at the exact set time, they were Covid conscious and took their time with discussing my options. The floor samples were with them and there were many from which to pick. The flooring was ordered, the day to install was scheduled and the work began in a timely fashion. My entire kitchen had a new floor installed in a five hour time frame. The installer was very efficient, did a great job cleaning up and the old floor was disposed of on the same day. Both Mike and Nick came to my house to instruct the worker at the beginning of the job and then again, when the floor was completed.
