Salesman was a great help. Went looking for a kitchen table. Didn’t pressure me. Let me look around. Left and looked a couple other places but came back and bought my table from them. Prices were comparable to other stores I looked at, but the in stock availability was what sold me. This is the first time buying from this store but not this company. Will definitely be a return customer when the time comes.

3/27/21 I purchased an un-used(new) fridge @ American Freight, formerly known as FFO located @ 6801 Dixie Highway Louisville ky 40258. Item was fully boxed/wrapped with foam on every corner of the fridge. Got home and opened appliance and it was damaged(huge dent in bottom corner). Which did not happen in transport and pieces were missing. I returned and exchanged at the store next day 3/28. Got home and plugged new fridge up. The fridge never got cold or froze any of my food. I allowed 24+hrs for fridge to cool and it never did. Contacted store 3/30 and was told someone would call me back. I waited all day with no returned call. By this time all of my food has gone bad. I had to drive to the store 1 hr before they closed since no one called me and my calls went unanswered throughout the day only to be told that I needed to contact the manufacturer and that I should have purchased the store warranty. Which the appliance is already under a 1yr warranty through manufacturer. They're refusing to fully refund me or help. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.

Found my Daughter the cutest living room piece here along with a matching rug. Furniture is nice and sturdy, great quality. She is very happy with it. HG 4/3/2021

Great furniture and the staff is really nice especially John. They aren't completely open yet so they didn't have all of their furniture in, but I still found some great stuff (affordable)
