Kristi was very knowledgeable and worked very hard at finding a great deal on our budget. She took the time to explain mattress care and how to activate the warranty if I ever needed to do so. I’ll definitely be going back again for our next purchase!

I did a lot of research before ever going into the store, and the online site does a pretty good job of making it easy to find what you’re looking for.nnAnything I couldn’t figure out online was quickly answered by the associate at the store. He was not pushy at all, wrote me up a quote like I asked so I could take it home and talk it over with the wife. He told me to take our time, but we went back that night and made the purchase. Great deals.
The experience was great. We have never had someone go through the store with us and help us decide which one was best for us until out experience today, the excellent sales associate Jeffrey, was not trying to push anything upon us, in the end I feel that we did get a great experience with it. They even worked with us on the financing to help get a nicer mattress.n10/10 would recommend based on our experience today at the clarkston store
I am basing this review solely on the customer service we received because we haven't received our bed yet. But I want to thank Johnny Kim, our salesman for being very professional and knowledgeable. He saved us a lot of money and got us in and out of the store very quickly. I will recommend Mattress Firm to everyone.
