Unprofessional service. My sister ordered a cake for my mother’s birthday, she paid a day in advance and even left a tip. The next day AT PICK UP TIME- they call my sister and tell her they had sold the cake to someone else. Yes they have other delicious cakes to choose from but it’s the point that matters. If I could rate them 0stars I would. Completely unprofessional.
Great customer service. The employees were joking around and having a good time as well as completing orders. Its nice to see people enjoying their jobs

The cake I ordered was beautiful and tasted wonderful. Ready to pick up on time and exceeded expectations. Only giving 4 stars because customer service wasn't the best. With two employees working, I was not even greeted promptly despite the fact that there were no other customers in the store.
