Service at The Computer Guy was outstanding! They went the extra mile to get me up and running again! My new laptop was not able to make the connection with my printer. They took my printer in, fixed what was needed, (no charge) then carried my printer out to my car! They were very helpful and ready to do what was needed. I highly recommend them for their great service and technical support!
Fast, Friendly and SO helpful. Always willing to listen to me about not understanding all this technology; so they keep it simple and take the time to let me take notes so I can learn. Great team work at this store!
My computer was having some issues with its fan. I took it to the Computer Guy Store, and they told me they would run diagnostics to see what the issue was.nnTurns out that it was just a bit of hair caught in one of the fans. They blew the air out, and because my computer didn't need repairs, they didn't charge me a dime.nnTurn around was fast. They called me the next day telling me it was ready.nnStaff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Everything was a good experience and I look forward to having them as a service to help me through the things I don't understand how to fix, I am glad I chose The Computer Guy !!! It's a relief not to have to worry anymore. Chuck was Very happy to answer any questions. Soo pleased !!
These folks were great to work with from the start. Chuck was patient with me in explaining the things I needed & the issues that he found with my system. The pricing for the equipment was very reasonable & the work was great. They even worked late on a Friday just to help me out! They really go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Thank you guys!
