Taiza helped us today and I am very pleased!nnWe originally came in to upgrade my husband's phone but because of a deal they were having, we had the option to also upgrade mine. I usually do a lot of research before changing phones so I wasn't exactly prepared. She was very patient and understanding as I scoured Google for stat comparisons and such. She didn't rush me or pressure me to make a decision which I appreciate so much.nnWe left happy, with two new phones! ud83dude0a

I only go to this store or the one in Clarkston because of the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and they really look out for their customers. If you want to be treated like a human and have someone not try to make a buck off you but really hear you out and try to help, come here.

Charles was very friendly as well as helpful. He helped with my broken device and answered all of my questions about Disney+. He was very helpful. A very pleasant experience thank you Charles.

This store is the best. I used to go to the other location in town but they were rude and acted like I was bothering them when I was asking questions about upgrading my phone. I came over here and Geri and Jenny were friendly, personable, and knew what they were talking about. Customer service like this will keep me coming back.

First time in - husband spent five hours in the store and though the first half of that wasn’t their fault, it shouldn’t take two and a half hours to get a phone started up.nnSecond time in - I was supposed to be picking up a new phone but suddenly they retracted the deal they gave me.... and that was after an hour of sitting there.nnAnd now Verizon is still charging me fees and insurance for the phone I never touched and telling me it’s past the 14 day return policy... even though it hasn’t been two weeks since I went to pick up the phone.nnI’m extremely disappointed with this store and the Verizon company as a whole. They may be losing a loyal customer and if I go, I’ll be sure to spread the word about how they treat loyal customers, especially at this store.
