Sales department is good; service is lacking, this place could be great if there was someone following up on repairs and if they even replied to google reviews.nWe bought a nice Washer and dryer set, a few months in the dryer quit, service boy came by for 5 min assumed he knew what was wrong then proceeded to drop the ball and most likely quit the job- month later I called and they said my part got shuffled to the back room, referred me to Metropolitan who knows how to fix my dryer- I wish they cared just a tiny bit about client satisfaction after the sale.
Most employees were not wearing masks. I asked why and one employee said the city mask mandate was not enforceable. I guess the thought to keep customers safe didn't cross his or the management's mind. I won't be returning to that store any time soon.
Went in today to look at washers and dryers and the salesman Andy was so helpful. I gave him our budget and he pointed us in the right direction. It was all said and done in under 15 minutes! Easiest and simplest transaction I've ever done! Thanks Deranleaus! I will definitely be back!!
We came to Deranleaus after a poor experience at a appliance store in Cottonwood. (Dryer broke right after installing, the washer machine wasn't installed correctly and leaked water all over the floor)nnAndy recommended a washer and dryer to us without being pressuring. He was attentive to our needs.nnInstallation was quick and they did it right the first time!!nnGood, friendly professional service.nCouldn't be happier with my washer and dryer . A chore I hated, I actually enjoy now.
Have bought many items from the store for my family and also my dads apt. Need to go in again for another item and have no doubt about how it will go! Perfectly as usual. Love those guys!
