Was very helpful. Got us all set up with everything we needed and was very patient with all the questions. And all done in a safe manner!
Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Upgrading phones can be time consuming but Nikki buttoned it up quickly and had us in and out in 20 minutes or so.
Going to echo a few of those who were lied to about their plans. I went in to get a new phone and price out a more modern plan with my wife.nnThe plan was supposed to be about $155/month unlimited for 2 phones once the rebate kicked in. However, the plan got canceled at some point per Verizon Customer Service (did not complete). The sales Rep, Nikki Huminksi said they did not know why it didn't go through and began to word salad explain the bill.nnBottom line, we never got the plan at the same price. To get the plan we intended it looks like it's $195 / month. A difference of $45-50 per month.nnBest I can tell is Nikki lied 3-4 times during this process and we are stuck spending another $45-50 a month to use the $1100 phone I bought as intended. This isn't even including 5G when it comes out.nnBeware you know exactly what you're getting and it reflects on your bill correctly. Make sure and see the entire breakdown of the plan and bill.
They did very good to help me out Rebecca was the customer service representative I don't know how the others are but she was very good and corrected any of the problems that arose
Went in to get my daughters phone fixed, And ask about different plans. He ran the numbers for me and made a plan that he said would be the same or close to the same, as my regular monthly payment. It all sounded great new plan new phones. I asked a few times thru out the transaction if it was going to raise my bill, and he reassured me that it would not. Well he lied. I’m not saying he did this on purpose but own up to it, and don’t throw your co-worker under the bus for your mistakes. When I called to talk to him and ask about it he sounded more annoyed that I was calling. I’m sorry but 150 more a month is not the “ same” as my old bill! Now I understand that there may be a few dollars difference from the quote like 20 or 30 bucks, but 150 is not right. My husband and I have a budget for a reason. We are hard working parents trying to raise our children and budget is everything.
