Well staffed. Good employees.

They acted like they couldn't give me a time on how long it was going to get my prescription it was sent in yesterday it still isn't filled today and told me that they would try and get it done in the next hour okay your job is to fill my prescription I told you I was coming to Walmart so you know I'm coming after it so why not just fill it so that I can pick it up when I'm there and don't have to go out of the house again during this quarantine time acted like it was such an inconvenience to fill it for me

Great customer service!!!

Absolutely poor customer service. I had a surgery and we went and dropped of the medication at 12:30pm. They said it would take a half hour to be ready. Went back at 1:28pm- they closed early for lunch (lunch is 1:30pm). So we went back at 2:00pm and they said it wasn’t ready and would take another hour for it to be ready. (When it should have been ready already because we gave them twice the amount of time they said it would take). The fact that it’s going to be more than 2 hours before I can get a pain medication I needed right away is quite ridiculous. Here’s a tip: DON’T tell people it will be ready in half an hour if it won’t be -OR- DO have it ready when you said it would be ready. Very disappointed.
