Love the therapist at Elegance. I had a foot massage with him. He was so kind and put the correct amount of pressure on my foot to relax my muscles.

Just had my first couples massage at elegance. Was not a bad massage. When I called to setup the appointment I specifically asked about the 10% off first time guests discount advertised on their website. The website lists a couples massage for 90 mins for $180 add in 10% off I’m thinking right around $162. Tina who I spoke to on the phone when I set up the appointment confirmed and said she would take $20 off for me. When I went to pay at the end, she said it would be $180 and that instead of the discount, she threw in a “free” hot stone massage as my first time guest perk. I need to specify that I never asked for hot stone massage, she just broke them out in the middle of the session. I did not want that INSTEAD of 10% off the bill.nnNeedless to say I only brought $200 cash and I only expected to pay $200. As per the original phone call, I was ready to pay $160 plus a $20 tip to each masseuse. I should have showed Tina her own website to clarify but I chalked it up to I’ll probably never go back. It was not until we left that my wife realized her masseuse Lita who did a great job gets less tip because of the mistake made by Tina on the price.nnHopefully she can fix her website that says 10% off first time guest because that was a false advertisement.nnTina also had to interrupt the massage multiple times to either greet a walk in guest, greet guests who arrived early, and to just grab little things that should have been ready in the room. A few times, I also caught Tina texting with one hand while attempting to massage at the same time. I appreciate she’s working hard, but I didn’t feel like the priority and it was awfully distracting. Maybe she needs a receptionist.nnAnyways hope this helps so you don’t confuse people in the future. Good luck!

My work requires lots of driving and randomly lifting heavy objects. This does a number on my back. I heard about Elegance Massage from a friend and decided to go in for a session. I have to admit, this has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Mia was pleasant and attentive to all my requests. Got all the kinks out and I felt 10 years younger. The place is clean and very tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
