Guys, I literally don’t know where to begin with this place, the gorgeous and beautiful decorations or the amazing beautiful work that Laya does!! I was super nervous going in because I’ve never done anything to my face besides waxing my eyebrows and I’m also terrified of needles. But after talking to her before my appointment, I had put my whole trust into her due to how knowledgeable and caring she is. She assured me that I will not feel pain and that she will be there to guide me along the way and make me feel comfortable. I was also nervous about how my eyebrows will look because I had very skinny barely brows all my life and I wanted a specific style with just strokes and no shading and she did just that and helped me achieve my dream brows that I’ve always wanted. At the end she asked if anything should be changed or added and I said no because they were so PERFECT!! Also, I saw so many other services being offered I definitely am going back for a few more! She’s such a perfectionist and takes her time to please the customer and I really appreciate that when it comes to big changes that effect me. This is amazing and exceptional place to enjoy yourself!!! I was happy to find out the master Esthetician is trilingual and speaks my language. Went for my first chemical peel ever to treat uneven skin tone. I’m not going to lie it was a nerve wracking not knowing what’s involve, but I’m couldn’t believe how Laya made my experience so wonderful and smooth. She walked me through every step and what to expect after the treatment. It has been now ten days since I had it and my skin looks way better although she said I may not see result for several weeks.nThank you Laya for this experience. Certainly I have never had this level of thoroughness and service like this spa. Glad we have chic location in our town.

I went to complexions Vancouver Medspa for a chemical peel for my acne scars, I have really bad acne/acne scars around my cheeks and some on my forehead, laya made sure what kind of chemical peel I needed and she was so patient with me! She explained in detailed how chemical peels work and how it would work on my face, I saw results after 3 days of getting it done! My face feels so clean and fresh, she recommended going again for 3 other sessions for chemical peel and her celluma therapy for acne scars as well which is also great! I am FOR SURE going again, seriously so happy with the service and how sweet she is. Laya is the only one I trust with my face, can’t be more happy with the results!!

This is only my second ever Facial I’ve had done also the best one. When I met Laya instantly fell in love with her charisma and personality you could tell from the beginning that she truly cares about giving you your best skin possible. I’m 24 years old with a light completion came in with zero idea in fact I had the wrong idea entirely on what my skin type was ;previously believing a had oily skin. Only to find out that my skin dry! Laya recommended that I get microdermabrasion explaining the process along the way proceed to remove my abundance of dead skin removing more than four layers of it so much so that she had to change the filter halfway through! Her priority is you 100% constantly making sure that you have no discomfort of any kind the extraction and serums were completely harmless almost soothing. When she was done I noticed the results immediately my skin was “soft as a baby’s bottom” I had no idea the results would be so drastic! I can’t recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Laya for astonishing results!

Hi! I am blonde, very fair skinned, and have always been insecure about my sparse brows. I’ve always wanted to get them microbladed, but was to scared and worried about them looking too harsh. After seeing her work on Instagram @complexionsmedspa I knew I had to do it. Now I wish I would have done it sooner! ud83dude0d Laya let me pick out the color, shape, and I was involved every step of the way. She really took her time perfecting my brows which I appreciate so so much! All the aftercare instructions were helpful and easy to understand. I was numbed and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her prices are really great compared to others I’ve looked into, and her salon was very clean.
