If you want excellent customer service, then Redondo Technology is the ideal place to go to. Eric is the constant professional, he is curtesy, good natural and always looking for ways to be of service. I have emailed and called over the last 10 years and always received a prompt and efficient response. I have ordered at the end of the day and my product arrived the next day. When several of my items were delayed/out of stock due to COVID-19 Eric emailed me with regular updates until my order was fulfilled. I have recommended Redondo Technology numerous times and they have always provided the same level of excellent customer services to all.

The company Redondo Technology has ceased operations under the category of General Construction Contractor in the State of Washington and still serves retail supply clients nationally as a reseller of office supplies. We spent March through September of 2020 supplying Essential Workers with PPE such as hand sanitizer, masks, disinfectant wipes, etc. Many businesses and persons have been effected by COVID-19 and we have learned the hard way that not all clients and business partners fully understand that sometimes we have to shut down operations.
I would like to thank and recommend Eric Peterson with Redondo Technology for the professional and timely job he did installing my security devise. He explained the system thoroughly and ordered extra accessories I didn’t have. Highly recommend him, job well done!
