Such a great team! My sister and I came in March first around 5pm to pick up and activate my phone and we were mainly helped by Wyatt, with Jace jumping in for pleasant conversation here and there (I believe there was another gentleman there as well, Benji). They were so awesome to talk to! They were super helpful, straight to the point, and very funny! Excellent customer service, they turned a normally mundane errand into a bright little part of our day :) thanks Wyatt and Jace!

10+ years with sprint and it looks like now that it is T-mobile we may jump ship. The cost for phones and all that is just too much for a 10 line plan. The employees are the same, and super nice and helpful.

I switch my carrier from att to sprint. The sprint account is transferred and activated successfully but SIM card can’t be recognized by the phone.nI called the customer services and online service but no help. A gentle man in this store tried hard of many approaches and finally figured out the problem and helped me solved it.nI am much appreciated his profession and attitudes. Good luck to himuff01

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We upgraded our phones with Nick years ago. A month after we upgraded we got a bill in the mail stating we had signed up for a Sprint Credit Card and owed $800. We NEVER signed up for this, and the accessory items were suppose to be included in the upgrade according to Nick. We called asking for Nick, talked to him once who reiterated he never signed us up for a credit card and he’d get back us with the manager. We never heard back, kept on calling for the next 6 months asking for the manager and never called us. We even had a scheduled call with him and he never called. We ended up having to pay the $800 with HIGH interest. Absolutely ridiculous, worst manager ever and very disappointed in the customer service reps there. We ended up leaving Sprint.
