Comfort Inn

First off I just want to start off by saying I’m always skeptical about staying at Comfort Inns because we all know there is nothing Comforting about these hotels. But... I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this place was, I wasn’t uncomfortable. Located in a convenient area. Would definitely recommend.

With everything that has been going on, I really appreciated every effort the staff did during my brief stay to keep the measures of social distancing on point. They were friendly, courteous, and great! Even if things seem grim because of our current conditions, I felt comfortable staying here knowing they did every effort to make it so.

I had made a reservation for an incoming MSU freshman back in April and totally forgot about the reservation. My son changed his mind and decided to attend college locally but I never canceled my reservation. Kathleen just called me to say I never checked in. When I explained the circumstances she fully refunded my money. I am so appreciative of this, especially with the current COVID situation. Thank you Kathleen for being so kind and helpful at a tough time.

Most I have paid at comfort, worst motel. Card keys didn't work, second class room

Great breakfast, friendly staff check-in was quick and easy the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean.
