Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bozeman West

Very happy with my stay here. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. I'm wondering what brand of mattress they use because I slept like a baby here and need more of that in my life.

Got in late but had a restful nights sleep and enjoyed the included breakfast. As we were just staying overnight we didn't use the pool but is available by appointment for one family at a time. In room coffee was OK but only green tea in room.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, I wish we were staying longer! We are on a long road trip and have encountered many hotels that aren’t even requiring masks, having breakfast buffets as normal, etc. But this Holiday Inn Express has been so impressive, requiring masks for everyone, individual family bookings for the pool, limits on # of people in the elevators, and best of all, they serve you the full hot breakfast or breakfast to go themselves!! No one has to touch anything, they pour you the coffee, serve you the eggs. I was so impressed and felt so safe - thank you for making our trip a bit less stressful!!

First and foremost, awesome staff! They quickly booked me a room the night of as I traveled through town. They have mandatory masks and one person per elevator at a time! They had grab and go breakfast in place with two staff members assisting and getting each guest their food. Thanks for the great accommodations.

I didn't like it in my opinion, the room full of dust, the door was open when I arrived. But, my daughter loved the pool.
