Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

The supposed shuttle on the website hasn't been running since June. That was about the only information we got out of the front desk attendant. Zero help. There is a snow bank at the entry way that is 4 inches deep, a foot long and 6 feet wide... INSIDE THE DOORS ON THE TILE. It's extremely slick. Judging by the foot prints in it, nobody has touched it in hours.

I enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inns, but this one is below par. Their digital keys do not work, the rooms are clean and kept that is the highlight. The fitness room is very dated, the spa is murky and doesn’t work. Breakfast was good. It looks like they remodeled the entryway but that’s all they did.

The room was great, bed, not as much. I am not able to walk far and the night Clerk refused to bring up an extra pillow

Stayed at this beautiful hotel not once, but twice! Great amenities like indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and free parking. Close to other restaurants like Golden Corral & Chili’s.

Clean, quiet and comfy!! ud83dude01 I look forward to staying here again in the near future.
