Extended Stay America - Great Falls - Missouri River

The vast majority of our stay was wonderful. The night we arrived was distressing as the young man at the front desk seemed quite short with us. We were not aware until we actually checked the room that there was not even a coffee maker in the room. When we called down to request one, he provided the coffee maker not coffee, cups, spoons, nothing. He made us feel unwelcome and as if we were intruding. Everyone else was amazing Derek and Cory were the absolute best. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The staff are who really make this place shine! They are incredibly friendly and eager to help in whatever way they can! The location is also great with access to walking trails and the river, as well as being close to downtown but without the parking hassle!

Would give zero stars. Terrible. Booked through priceline. My husband called to inform the hotel of a late check in. Upon arrival to check in, he was informed there were no rooms available. I had spoken with Jenny at the front desk about the issue, she was rude and unprofessional. We will never stay with them again. I was under the assumption hotels were in the hospitality business, no hospitality there. Unacceptable.

Stayed here for a week over the Christmas Holiday and the Staff really made my experience wonderful! They were super accommodating, friendly and overall awesome! The room was clean, everything functioned like it was suppose to and it was spacious. No complaints, just a great stay.

The management and staff are absolutely amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Would recommend 10/10!
