Hampton Inn Great Falls

The room was extremly hot! After speaking to front desk we were told that the cold air is shut off during winter. So we would have to keep the windows open. Very clean and comfortable though rooms are small. Also pool is very shallow. Would stay again if our other hotel was full but not a great choice

The room temperature was at 78 all night, we were so hot. The cooling system was on, yet it made no difference. The guy at the front desk sent Pizza Hut away and when I asked why, first he said there was no one with that last name then he said there was no one in the room. I stated I’m calling from the room right now, what do you have on file? So then the guy claimed he called the room and no one answered. I told him I would hang up and he could call again and try. The man refused to do so, meaning he was lying the whole time. My kids waited two hours for their dinner thanks to his ignorance.

Stay here every time we come to Great falls. Close to family, place is very clean has a pool, staff is very friendly. Only downside is that they don't always have the breakfast buffet available unless there are enough guests staying at the hotel. Otherwise they have a to-go breakfast bag which consists of a bottle of water an Apple a granola bar and a muffin

Always friendly helpful staff. Unlike the weather. No issues on this visit. PS they have real breakfast again :)

Great stay. Only complaint, they ran out of towles by end of night. Pool and room towels.
