I had booked 2 rooms and had reservations for the spa for 2 and upon check in at hotel, the receptionist had a bad attitude and was rude. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was just as rude and didn't even try to have a conversation. We cancelled all reservations and left and went to sky ranch resort and they were friendly and fabulous
The nail technician and salon attendant were so hospitable and warm. They made my friend and I feel welcomed and relaxed. Bummed that no gel nail options are available, but it sounds like that's frowned upon in the area since there are no vegan gel options.
Jacy did a great job with my wedding makeup! I loved my hair as well! Chemin did amazing!

Incredible experience! My then boyfriend, booked me a surprise manni/pedi and the staff totally made my day. They came out to meet me at the very front and took me right to the spa. The drinks were delicious, the food was great, and the staff are so personable it felt like I was gabbing with a life-long friend! They went above and beyond to make this day special. Turns out my boyfriend was planning on proposing and asked for their help! Thank you all for being a part of a story I will tell for the rest of my life.
