This is a great place! Everyone is super friendly and professional. They have great communication and stay on top of your appointments, which I am very thankful for, as I am very busy and sometimes forget I have an appointment. With everything going on today they are very cautious and take great measure to make sure everyone is safe and protected. Office is clean! Front desk is awesome!

Asked for a 60 min massage, the therapist quit 10mins short. The front desk clerk explained that this is standard because this time is used by the therapist to discuss my needs to customize the treatment. I would be ok with that theory except no such discussion ever took place. I asked for deep tissue, lots of pressure....I got an elbow dug into my shoulder bones and ribs for 50 mins instead. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Massage Envy.

On my 1 day rest during cross country bike ride, I spent 15 minutes on their website registering and answering a ton of questions. Had name of masseuse, time for massage, and focus for massage. I show up and they don’t have my reservation. Nothing available and no help. Really disappointed in this operation. Completely let down. Steer clear and you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible customer service! I booked an appointment online, and when I showed up I was told that sometimes the online scheduling works and sometimes it doesn't. It's much more likely someone cancelled my appointment. Often times the employees are booked for a full day, but they don't want to work that hard, so they cancel appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Booked online as an anniversary gift. Took the day off but was called the day of appointment they had to reschedule. Kind of defeats the purpose of a gift if you have to tell the person nevermind. Won't try booking again.
