The products are high quality, which is why my family and I have been loyal customers for decades. The products do not, however, make up for the demeanor and lack of customer service I have received from the ladies working there. Time and time again, I am met quite literally at the door with such an uptight attitude that I have wanted to take my sale(s) elsewhere. I hate to assume but the three times I have been into the store in the past three months alone, the ladies have ignored me/my family/ friends; we received no introduced or an extremely cold one at that, and I can only guess this is because maybe due to our outward appearance as one that is not reflecting the “favorable” customer they are looking for. Nonetheless, I am sorry to say that after three generations of purchasing from this store, my last will remain just that.
