Had a great time here. The room was extremely spacious and comfy. It took all of my willpower not to steal a pillow cause they were the best I have ever slept on. We had a king room with a red rock view. Gas fireplace was a great touch. Staff was extremely friendly. We were only there for a night so I didn't have the chance to experience everything that this place has to offer, but I would certainly stay here again.

Pros: Enjoyable stay. Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice suite.nCon: Room cost is misrepresented. Our final bill included an extra $35/day Resort Fee plus tax. It was stated this includes services such as free parking, WiFi, access to fitness room, business center, pool and spa/golf related discounts. Most of these are typically included in room cost in my many years of business and personal travel. We did not utilize spa and golf related discounts.

Not a Hilton Experience: Sedona was wonderful and we had an amazing time exploring, hiking and eating out! Regarding this hotel, it surprises me how many great reviews it gets. I would compare the service and grounds/rooms to that of a nice Holiday Inn. When paying $500+ a night I expect there to not be mold in the bathroom, blood stains on the sheets, dented and beat up walls, carpet and furniture stains, etc. Also, the pool never opens or operates under the scheduled hours. The staff were generally pleasant, but are not at all service oriented. We visited many other hotels in the area and in the future, I’d plan my stay someplace else in Sedona.

I love this place!!! The bed was so comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous. I had the best salmon I've ever had at the restaurant there. We did a little climbing right out of our hotel room door. The bathroom is gorgeous with a nice deep tub. The fireplace was sweet and romantic. I definitely recommend this place!
