This hotel is a very nice place to stay. The hole place is very clean and well maintained. The people who work there are very polite and willing to acomadat you. Wish other places I stayed in was just like it.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms excellent staff. Only reason I gave 4 stars is there was a party across from our room that kept us up until 1:30 in the morning. We ended up having to move rooms since the same group was going to be there another night. Hotel was apologetic and accommodating, and refunded us our 1st night.

Hotel was clean, located well, and the front desk was courteous and accessible. stayed here for a night for a College visit up at Embry- Riddle. Room was comfortable and priced right. Would stay here again.

Love this hotel! In Prescott Valley, visiting my mom. This hotel is a fantastic value for the money. The reception staff were extremely welcoming, and the fireplace in the lobby was very inviting tonight ( 40 degrees outside). We were upgraded to a suite, and even had a dedicated parking place. Room was very comfortable, with refrigerator and microwave. Next time I come see my mom, I will stay here, for sure!

Very nice hotel. The suite is quite spacious. Close enough to a few restaurants and Baskin Robbins to walk. Comfortable beds and a quiet night's rest. Well into the vaccine era of Covid, they were still not providing daily cleaning, even to just empty the trash or provide more cups and toilet paper during a three night stay. You have to be assertive and request service and try not to be offended by what appears to be an attitude about being asked. Note that they allow dogs and I saw one accompanying the guest to the breakfast area, which should be forbidden. In spite of these issues, this will be my first choice when next in Prescott Valley.
