Tiffany at the Prescott,AZ location was super kind and help full even though we came in close to closing. We had a large order and she never once acted like it was a bother. So refreshing and made us feel happy that great customer service still exist. We will definable be back. Thank you!

The girls in the back have bad customer service skills, while walking towards the counter to pick up our food a female yells over the counter demanding we have our masks on and cannot even greet us or say it politely. Instead she yelled. As well as we asked for a side of avocado and they threw it on the counter aggressively when we asked politely because they forgot to add it to our salad. over all the experience here made me not want to return they are very rude and cannot understand human decency. We would have simply put our masks on regardless if she would’ve said it nicely as well as not slamming our food onto the counter. Wouldn’t recommend the prescott store

The option to have Half a bowl of soup with Half a sandwich or Half a salad is an excellent choice for those of is with a small appetite. And decently priced. I had the Broccoli Cheddar soup. It was tasty, not too thick, beautiful color. Mixed greens salad with their rich house dressing.

The chicken Caesar salad was terrible, the meat was not tender and old and the dressing didn't taste liker Caesar dressing. We told the person in charge, she asked if or what we wanted we said we would try the cheese flat bread. That also was bad the Alfredo cheese tasted grainy like it was not mixed well. Needless to say we will not be eating there againnA waste of good money.

The girl in the front. Blonde. Best customer service!! She made my daughter so happy. ud83dude0aud83dude0a glad I chose this place for breakfast.
