A beautiful bakery and I have loved everything I've ordered there until.... the pie. I spent over $100 on Easter Weekend for 3 of the most lovely pies. They really were works of art. Unfortunately, once we tasted the pies we were sorely disappointed. The strawberry/rhubarb was a great combination of flavor but the texture was so off with the rhubarb being undercooked. It had been cooked, but surely not enough. Maybe needed a blanch before baking in the pie. And the Chocolate Mousse lacked sugar in the mousse AND the whipped cream. One of those elements of the dessert should definitely be sweet. It tasted like raw baking chocolate. The mixed berry pie was lovely and nice flavor but I was frustrated at this point and would have been fine with a frozen Marie Calendar's.

Incredible breads. Delectable pastries. Their desserts are works of art! The GF carrot cake is off the charts! A beautiful patio that’s dog friendly and an outstanding marketplace, so needed in Prescott. My friends and I appreciate their mask policy. (Thank U Pangaea staff!) Don’t want to wear a mask? No need for tantrums as they have curbside service. Don’t miss this unique bakery!!

She asked me to wear a mask. I explained I had health issues which wouldn’t allow it. She rudely asked me to leave. I guess I could have had a seizure like I did in frys but I wasn’t up to it. Sorry!nI recognize their choice but I also recognize I would never support a place like this that can’t do things nicely. No wonder there were no customers there! I spent near $100 at a competing bakery.nThis is kind of place I feel shouldn’t be open for business

This is an awesome bakery! I am so happy to find this gem in Prescott AZ! We recently relocated from CA and couldn’t find a bakery, then we read an article in the January 2021 Arizona Highway magazine about Pangaea! WOW, I went the next day at 8am for the chocolate croissants and found a French brownie and carrot cake individual servings. The cakes were moist and delicious! The croissants not like Paris ones but very close. The store mandates masks, thank you! They limit 3 inside, thank you! Safety for them and me. The staff I found friendly and sweet. The variety of cheeses, jams, pasta and oils, teas and other goodies made me want to return to shop. You will not be disappointed. Inside is clean and inviting! We cannot wait to sample more.

Best bakery probably in the whole of Arizona!nLittle bodega, sandwich shop, good coffee and pastries! Wish I lived closer so i can go there every day!
