The owner is also the person that does most of the beauty services with the help of one assistant. My experience with the owner was she performed electrolysis services for me. As many people know, electrolysis is NOT cheap at $60 per hour. Because electrolysis is so expensive, most customers will elect not to tip as tipping for electrolysis when you have to go on a weekly basis at such a high rate can be a very expensive add-on to the original price of the service. I was one of the people that did not tip for electrolysis services from her and as a result I felt that she held that against me. I paid $60 for 60 minutes of service, but felt that most of the time i only received 45 minutes of service because she got up so many times to answer phone calls, leave the room to talk with customers, or for any other excuse she could come up with. The phone calls would sometimes be from her family and instead of politely telling them that she was busy with a customer at work or making the conversation short, she would talk to them as if she didn't care about my service suffering. She could have at least extended my hour, but she never did that. She even had the courage to ask me what I thought about people that didn't tip after there was talk about it on the radio. My guess was she was aiming it at the fact that i didn't tip her for electrolysis. I politely answered her that i tip when i eat at restaurants, get a haircut, etc. That way she knew i was a tipper, just not for electrolysis.nWhenever she was performing electrolysis on me, she would always have to talk to me about something. Which talking is okay as long as the service doesn't suffer. But every time she talked to me she would stop what she was doing as if she couldn't multi-task. And if she did try to multi-task, she would perform the electrolysis at such an extremely slow rate. Eventually, i stopped going to her as i felt that i was wasting money and started to question whether or not she was being honest in performing the electrolysis correctly. If she ever reads this than i hope she learns a lesson from this review. I know i wasted a few hundred dollars at this place and i do not recommend this place for electrolysis. For other women attending for hair or nails, I'm sure she is okay with those services. Just not electrolysis!
