I love this place! Always great service, reasonably priced.
I went for the laser hair removal treatment on my happy trail, and although the lady was sweet and she had really good conversation the treatment was just not ideal. Maybe the setting was too high? But the procedure was done in July. It’s almost November and I still have hyperpigmentation. The same day it was done there were red and brown burn marks on me. She said it was normal and to just put aloe Vera on it. I did, but the next day it was itchy and inflated causing blisters. I called back and she said it was normal. Everyday afterwards for about a week they just got worse and now it looks like I have a henna on my stomach. $100 wasted. The other laser hair removal technician I visited said that that is NOT normal. It’s caused by technicians who don’t really know what they’re doing when it comes to darker skin. Which is exactly what I googled when the lady told me it was normal. I will not be back, I don’t recommend anyone else going back for that procedure alone.
Got my lashes done by the beautiful Bethany. My experience was wonderful! The beds are comfy and she even has a heated pad for your back! I really appreciate that she explained what she was doing and why during my first appointment with her. The process was very comfortable and she was soft-handed. I opened my eyes to beautiful wispy lashes!
