I had my nails done for the first time in months. I waited 2 weeks after reopening from the covid19 lockdown.nI'm not certain of the exact date that I went in for these, but it's been approximately 1 week.nnI enjoyed my nails, Kristine made them look dazzling! It was worth the $72.00! (If I exclude the tip, it came to $62.00) but I only enjoyed them for 2 1/2 days because my nails started falling off. After 4 days the 2nd nail fell off! Now the 3rd nail to fall off is missing, so even though I bought nail glue to try to fix them (does not work), it's now useless since i have a missing nail.nnThe nails were a gift from my mother. I am really unhappy and disappointed.nI mean, that was my favorite nail salon!nnThey can fix all of my nails either for free, or with a gigantic discount and I will be happy to leave a good review, because that IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. It's business. Thank you for reading. I feel bad for writing this review... It's not a nice feeling.
I don't know what the comments about this place not being clean are about. I thought it was very clean and the service was very professional. Did a good job on my nails.
