Travelodge by Wyndham Mammoth Lakes

This place is fraud. So I look at my bank account and notice I was charged by this place. Never been here or made the reservation. So I call the front desk to see and the dude was totally rude. How can they authorize a card with the wrong name on it. Won't give me a refund for the room I never booked. This place should be shut down. Totally stole from me. OK, so I'm updating my review. Now this person that replied to my review obviously didn't read what I put. It was fraudulent and I didn't actually make the Reservation. Your place of business is absolutely unprofessional and horrible customer service and care. I ended up having my bank take care of it. Ugh eeerrrrggg.. this place really really upset me. This place needs to be handed over to a real professional.

Service is non-existant, there is no breakfast and room was dirty. Bed sheets looked like they had been slept on, then housekeeping inspected for stains and reused again. This is not a cheap hotel either. Don't make our mistake and stay here. Look for better options AHEAD of time. The one plus is they have an underground garage. There are no elevators.

The guy and his partner working the front desk didn’t wear masks at all. It’s been a year. I think the mask learning curve should be over. The underground parking is super sketchy and the rooms have wood flooring that make them super slippery after hanging in the snow all day. Pass on this one.

This is an old run down motel but what what really sets it apart from others is the complete uncaring service. The major hallway light was out and we had no hot water. The manager refused to fix either issue. When the county shut down visitation temporarily due to COVID, our reservation was canceled without any notification. When visitation was allowed again before our reservation date, we only found out about the cancellation when we called for another reason.nBottom line is if you can find an alternative place to stay, I would do that.

Very nice remodel. Very friendly management. Hidden gem in mammoth.
