Great experience. Kind, clean and friendly.. What more could you expect from Cardi's. It was the same experience 20 years ago the last time I shopped here... Nice to know somethings don't change..
I went into the store on 10-2019 and found a couch and I was told it was out of stock and that it will be available 1-2020 then I got a message saying it was in stock on 1-18-20. I went online found the couch online and ordered it, up until now the couch was not able to be ordered online. I bought the couch online on 1-24-20 I was never told it was out of stock and now after they have the full payment 1-25-20, I get a email saying it will not be in stock until 3-8-20. I called to cancel my order and get a refund and I was told I should get store credit or go to the store and pick something else out. I said NO I want a refund. I was then out on hold for a while and then I had a different person tell me I can pick something else out now on the phone or she could give me a store credit. I at this time said I want my refund back to my card and I was told it will be sent to accounting and I should have a refund in 7 to 10 business daysnnNever once was I told it was out of stock.
We spent a lot of money there, beds,mattresses, living room couches and we purchased extra protection plans(warranty) we had 2 liget issues and they wouldn't stand behind them, one is a sleeper sofa air mattresses and the pump stopped working and they wouldn't replace the pump, I would never, never recommend them or buy another thing from them. There customer service is horrible.
