Josh did a wonderful job explaining my options and the best plans to drive the total cost as low as possible. Moving all.my apps, contacts and email over went very well too. I ended up with the S21. Appears to meet my expectations although the price of phones and plans remain ridiculously high. Time for competition to drive those costs down. Josh did such a great job, I gave him a little tip of $25.00.

Kind courteous and professional. No pushy salesmen. Pat, and the other employees at the Verizon Wireless Zone worked hard to find me the best deal and find a plan that fit me and my fiancé's lifestyle. We love our new 5G S21Plus Samsungs . And Pat saved me a bunch of money on my new plan. My fiancé and I both got new phones and a free one year subscription to Disney Plus. He even transferred all of our contacts onto our new phones and gave us all the tech support we needed. They also bought back our old phones and put the value towards purchasing our new phones. We also purchased new samsung smartwatches. We love them and they are a great way to stay fit and have hands free calling while on the job. The experience was quick and easy, the store was clean, everyone was wearing their masks.... hats off to them for keeping us safe and connected during this pandemic. This past summer I also went to them for a repair on my tablet screen after I busted it (that's how I found out about the Verizon Zone). They had the new screen ordered and the tablet fixed in a couple days. Best place to get a phone in Westerly - and if you break your phone, it's also the best place to get it fixed hassle free! 10/10. Ill be back again and again.

Patrick was great, my old phone had died and I was devastated . Patrick got me up and running very quickly. He wasn't aggressive or pushy he was just a great person to do business with. I highly recommend going to this Verizon and asking for Patrick you won't be disappointed...
