One of best T-Mobile stores in the area, this store used to suck when it was Sprint but a lot has changed and I got helped WAAAY better than when I went in a year ago. Joe helped me out and had a great exp! Thank You!

Super big improvement recently. They were able to get me a new phone and on my way, and the service is so much better than sprint.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The customer service there is deplorable and needs to be addressed corporately. I needed to get a new phone and after being a sprint customer for 4 years I was hoping to stay with the company. I was leasing my phone and had a cracked screen. When I went to upgrade the associate looked over my account for a few minutes and he informed me there would be a $30 damage fee and that it was actually better to switch to another carrier as I didn’t qualify for any of the new promotions. I ended up going to AT&T where I got a free phone and gift card! When I went to bring back the phone and pay the $30 another associate chuckled a little bit and said ‘oh it’s going to be a little bit more’. Try $100 more! We waited for the original associate to come back from lunch and he admitted it was $30 the other day and wasn’t sure why it had changed. He suggested coming back to talk to the ‘manager’ (if you could call him that) to fix the issue. He wasn’t in for a couple of days so I emailed him in the meantime -which he completely ignored. When I went into the store he was extremely rude and said there was nothing that he could do regarding his misinformed associates. He told me to ‘google’ the number to corporate if I had an issue and wouldn’t give me any contact information for his superiors. I would definitely try to go to another location if you have to use Sprint at all. :(
