Great deal on HP all in one printer, employee was very helpful and straightforward, I actually went to several stores before Staples that had no printers in stock !nI'm glad I ended up here, I got a great deal.
Ordered item online to be delivered. There days later they say item was never in stock making me miss opportunity to order else where at same discounted rate. Try to have me purchase 'similar' item at double the price. Poor customer service. Poor help. Nothing is worth purchasing in the store as almost everything is much cheaper to purchase online.
I was looking for a very specific product. They brought me right to it, but after purchasing it, it turned out to be the wrong one. They didn't have the one I needed in stock in the store. They ordered the one I needed, and arranged for it to be shipped to my house at no extra charge, and it turned out to be half the cost. They processed the return flawlessly. The whole time, all the staff I spoke to were kind and helpful. Great store, great staff!
I am giving you guys a 4 star because I need to go get film for my instax mini 7s, but I didn't go yet.But I think you guys are good because I think I went there before ,but guys have a nice day.
