Went this evening at 6:00 p.m. was in the mood for oatmeal stated they made that only in the morning which is fine. However, an employee on their day off brought their new puppy in for the other employees to see. One of the employees on brought the puppy in back of the counter where the food is being prepped and made they also brought the puppy into the kitchen area. How sanitary is this having a puppy behind the counter and the manager had no issues with this. Yet, was on the border of being rude when I asked for oatmeal. Wondering if the board of health would be interested in knowing a puppy is in the area where cooking and prepping being done.

Order ahead and quick pickup are great. In and out in under a minute. Food was awesome. No complaints at all.

There last night, sandwich had not meat. They were watching as wenate. As soon as I was done have a sip from my drink, someone camenover to ask me to put a mask on. No one was in the place. Food hasngone way down. Felt very uncomfortable. Will not be back again

I placed a curbside order here on Jan 30th, my breadbowls werent included in my order bc they were out, even though the website didnt block them off as unavailable, so they offered me other items and Isaid no just refund them please. After 3 calls to customer service and 2 to the store still havent been refunded, was promised 20.00 in rewards to be added to mypanera account that never happened either. Was told today to wait till Feb 10th and if still no refund call my bank bc its now their fault. This is ridiculous over breadbowls come on panera just give me my money back and enough with the finger pointing and false promises of free stuff I dont want it I just wanted my breadbowls or the refund for them. I wasnt even mad or mean but now Im getting mad and mean.
