Customer service unsatisfactory. Did not take down our entire order, did not give us butter knives with our bagels. Server seemed inexperienced when we wanted our order fixed. Coffee's taste horrible, did not make them right. Do not recommend. ud83dude21
Apparently they don't care who they hire, or maybe they haven't trained them correctly. On top of that, who ever does the Ordering needs to order more Croissants...how hard is that?
Fast service and polite
Drive-thru order: Individual taking order was busy giggling and having conversation with other employee. She SHOULD have focused on her customers as the order was totally incorrect. Sausage egg wrap was a joke. Egg was outside the wrapper in the bag. No cream, Splenda or flavor shot in coffee. Pathetic customer service!
