I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Customer service is fantastic. Upholstery repair was done perfectly and timely.

Steve was great to work with. Needed some work done on my door panels. Steve, the owner, met with me personally walked me through his process and provided me a fair estimate. Work was done well in a timely fashion and matched the low end of the estimate. Great experience and if needed will be going back to Steve and his team in the future!
Charged me $95 to “diagnose” my car. Said they couldn’t fix it and to bring the paper thru wrote to the dealer and that they’d fix it. The dealership did their own diagnosis and it was something completely different to what Franks Auto Top said to fix, a completely different part on the other side of the car. Basically threw $95 into the trash can. Just go to a dealership, it’s worth the money in the end.
