you better be 100% sure that you wont need to return it. the receipt and even the representative will tell you 14 days but they lying to you. they either wont let you return it, or charge you all types of fees to the point you might as well keep the damn thing. not professional or honest business at all

crooks. i bought a phone, tried to return it the next day, didnt use it or open it. not one phone call, didn't even take it out the box only had it a day. they wouldnt let me return without charging me $100 dollars for no reason. the receipt said i could within 14 days. very rude. they gonna try and hustle you. stay away

It was horrible my friend went to exchange a phone that he bought yesterday and they (metro pcs) would not exchange the device for him even though he had his receipt
