Hadn't set off in a sauna in a couple of years and a quick google search led me to The Preserve. I had a few hours to myself while my husband was at home with our baby so I was able to snag a spot for a Saturday afternoon after having a solo lunch.nnIt's located inside another business so I was initially confused for a bit but clear signage led me to the right place. Walked in, lady at the front desk explained the process as this was the first time. Everything was clean and bright and brought about a very welcoming feeling. Also, you need to book your appointment in advance as they don't do walk-ins.nnThe session lasts about 30 minutes with an extra 3-4 minutes to take off clothes and get settled (they have a timer nearby). The sauna itself was not big enough to lie down on your back but it was a nice sauna with different lighting options as well as a built-in Bluetooth speaker to hook up your music if it has Bluetooth capabilities.nnOnce the timer beeps when the 30 minutes are up, you can easily move over back to the changing room, wipe yourself down, get dressed and head out. They offer a few extras things like shower wipes, sprays, etc. that you can pay for on the way out as well. Walked out very relaxed! Two thumbs up!

I have been dying to try a sauna at The Preserve, and it did not disappoint, it was incredible! I have been sick for several weeks and it instantly made me feel better and relieved a cough that has been hanging on for weeks. The warmth that the infrared sauna gives off is so calming and relaxing. I'm already dreaming of my next visit, and will be back for many more. The atmosphere is inviting and clean and Laurel was so knowledgeable and welcoming to this beautiful sanctuary!!! Don't wait to try this place out:)

I joined a couple weeks ago and immediately after my first time I bought the 10 session package and plan on doing so again right when I run out! I love everything about the infrared sauna, I never knew all the benefits it can offer and now that I do I am obsessed! The Preserve does a great job at informing you and making your session the best it can be. Super friendly and relaxing space!

I am obsessed with the preserve. After going for my first session I feel amazing. Any stiffness I’m my joints or soreness in my body are gone and I had the more amazing night sleep. The space beautiful. The sauna itself is so pretty and it has Bluetooth! Can’t wait to go back!
