Waited 20 minutes inside when no one else was in line inside. Watched employees have several cars from the drive through pull into a parking spot and walk out the order minutes later. Served hot coffee with a lid that wasn't secure, causing burns and an absolute mess in my car. Thankfully, a kind, younger employee gave me a new coffee- no apology or acknowledgement from the guy who made the burning coffee or anyone else who watched me burn my hand and said nothing and didn't offer to help. I love DD, but I struggle to decide if stopping at this location is even worth it...
Something has changed at this Dunkin Donuts, but not for the good. The female blonde manager is confused and doesn’t listen well to what is being said to her. Ordered items are missing. The young man at the drive thru window is forgetful. My hot items are cold , like it sat around awhile. The coffee is full of coffee grinds and loaded with cream. I had to return to the drive thru window 3 times to get the forgotten items and to show the manager, overcharges. What a fiasco. So today my avocado toast was cold and hard. The coffee full of coffee grinds and cream. Never going back there. BEWARE! They have to get it together.

This place was very clean, fast paced, customer service oriented, and the workers were very friendly.
