I booked the service due to the fast delivery date. I made a deal with them. The mover they are good. Fast. However.2 pieces sectional couch base. 12miles distance. the deal supposed including move my old 1piece couch to the basement from 1st floor. Then move the new sectional bases to the 1st fl. When they get here. They told me their boss say if I need them move my old couch to the basement I need add extra $20!! It’s not about money!it’s about keep your words!! I should give it 0star but I gave it 2 star for the movers.nSo unprofessional for adding additional charges last minute!!!!! Will never use them again!!
Went with another mover because of conflicting schedules.
