I had an snacking experience at mattress firm. I’ve been shopping around and somewhat aggravated at pushy salesmen.nWalking into mattress firm was a totally wonderful experience . Diane Viera approached us and was so courteous and helpful. She was never pushy and was extremely knowledgeable.nWe tried several mattresses that were in our budget but wasn’t sold. She gently brought us up to the purple mattress exposing all the highlights. We kept going back and forth and never once did she get aggravated. She was so patient.nWe went home to think about it but it didn’t take long. Between Diane’s personality and the purple mattress I was sold.nToday I went in to do the financing. Diane was out but Betsy knew all about our order and took care of every detail and she took good care of us.nMy husband and I are so pleased. I only hope wenLove the mattress as much as we love your sales team!
Betsy was AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable and easy to chat with, not pushy at all. We actually had a fun time picking out our new bed! And our 2 year old had a great time too. Can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!
Amazing customer service. I needed 4 mattresses as soon as possible and Betsey got it done and guaranteed delivery in two days. All done over the phone. So convenient and helpful. Will be back if I have any more mattress needs!!
My experience with the staff at mattress firm was excellent. I was treated with respect, the manager was friendly and professional. She explained the mattresses in a simple way. I can't wait to receive the bed I chose.
The salesperson did not judge me based on my need and budget; as I have felt in other places. She assisted me in finding the perfect mattresses for my daughter and I within my budget. Very kind and thoughtful of others. Very efficient and organized. Will recommend her and this company to others.
