Got my phone screen replaced there... First time the screen was laggy and would randomly freeze up. I took it IN WARRANTY and the guy said he couldn't replace it because it was supposedly not their screen. (only got it replaced once and it was there). He eventually replaced and all was good.... Until now..... A few months later, it now has a black spot in the corner very frustrating.... Probably not getting my phone repaired there again.... Their employees are generally nice....
I thought my phone screen was cracked, but it was only the protector which Arman quickly replaced. The service was fast, friendly, and I saved money!nI will definitely return if I need anything else.

Really friendly, thorough and considerate. I had my battery replaced on my iPhone. It couldn't have been a better experience. Closer, faster and less expensive than dealing with Apple.
I went in thinking my battery had stopped working but Ayman did a hard reboot and charged me $25. Turns out it wasn't a problem with battery at all. I got ripped off for just a hard reboot that I could've googled.nnDo not recommend. Totally disappointed for having to pay $25 for a hard reboot (press volume and start together).nCertain nobody else charges $25 for a reboot.nnEDIT: Got a $25 refund from Mazen. Such a wonderful guy! Appreciate the customer care.
