My husband is in the Marine Corps. We rented furniture for 2 weeks from the Middletown RI location. We specified we needed it picked up on a certain day because we were PCSing the next day. Well I called to double check the arrangements and they refused to pick up because we didn’t give them a week notice...which we did, when we signed those papers! My husband called and said he’ll take it to legal if they didn’t want to follow the agreement. Well the day came for them to pick up between 2-4. It’s currently almost 5 PM I’m trying to get things out of the house. But have to wait for them to come. I will never use these people again, and I definitely DO NOT recommend them!
The new manager Mark is amazing he helped me so much with my new washer and dryer and came to my house 2x to help me. You cant find that now a days. I am a returning customer so I highly recommend To go there great prices and great staff.

My whole house is furnished with stuff I've gotten from them. They are a good group of people and I've never had any sort of negative expirence. Prices and easily accommodated.
