Absolutely Disneyland for guitar and music lovers! The staff is insanely knowledgeable and very friendly, and the product selection is 2nd to none. Their diverse and rare lineup of Taylor guitars is one of the best in the nation for shure. I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years now, commercially and privately, and it has been nothing but the best experience every time. Highly recommended!

I bought a used half size violin for my daughter last October for $300.00 and she played for 4 months put it up and didn't touch it. It's still in the exact same condition it was when we bought it. I went into haggertys to resell it back because my daughter isn't going to play anymore and they told me the bridge is bent and the bow is warped so it needs about $110 so they would pass for that reason and they already have enough half sizes.nnI feel like I got ripped off and should've never paid $300.00 for the damn thing and should've just bought a chinese cheapo instead of giving them my business and money. They should've never sold it if wasn't up to their standards. Stay clear and take business online or elsewhere.
I've taken in a couple of guitars to get fixed up, pickups changed, etc. I'd rather let the pros handle stuff when possible rather than me mucking something up. Bought more strings than I can count and a few odds and ends. Great experience every time, friendly and helpful staff.
