Never anyone to help you at the deli or butcher counter
Great variety of groceries. Their deli has amazing brisket. Although, stopped going because of discrimination. Had a lady offer to check me out when I was going through self checkout. When I declined had one lady blatantly walk into my lane and pretend to sort candy while watching my basket. And a third, cashier, peeking around at us watching us. Wife and I are native, all white ladies. They never outright said anything discriminating. But I have never had that happen before.
Plenty of excellent help 0n a to go items and very knowledgeable.
We ordered a 16 piece family chicken meal from the deli, the chicken tasted horrible like it was cooked in old grease or something. Also the young man that worked on 11/9/2020 in the evening was pretty rude and very unfriendly, had poor customer service. I've eaten their Fried Chicken before and it tasted awesome so I was pretty disappointed with yesterdays meal, don't know why it had that awful after taste so much so we didn't hardly eat any of the chicken. So now I'm on the fence about going back, one good experience and one horrible with deli food, definitely won't be eating it soon though.
I will admit I am a intermittent customer here, at best. However, they offer some of the best deals in town. Couped with the frankly amazing service, this is a great place to shop. If it wasn't so far from me, I'd shop here more.
