Fun super large donuts. Delicious cold drinks.
Went in around 9am on a Saturday and the donuts tasted like we're made yesterday. Didn't have unfilled maple bars, fritters were dense and stale, and employees were paying more attention to what was going on in the parking lot than getting my order together. Donuts would have been well priced if they were better. Donuts look good, but meh overall. May have been an off day.
Today's spectacular selection included glazed doughnut holes. That's it. They only had glazed doughnut holes.
I think they have the best donuts in Rapid City
Good local bakery. I let the lady pick two donuts for me that she thought would be good for a long drive. She gave me a good sized Bavarian Cream bar and and a glazed twist. I don't often do filled and this one could of easily filled the calorie count of two grocery chain donuts. It was really good but rich enough to require the better part of my thermos of coffee.nNow here is where her choice was perfect, I didn't get to the second donut till a half an hour latter and then was perfectly happy to pick it apart, nice crust with with fluffy inside, for the next two counties. Good way to burn some miles and then walk a bit at the next rest area.
