I had the full day spa treatment. It was great! The staff was kind, friendly. I didn't have to wait in between for each service. It ran in sync and smoothly. I would recommend this place. Great massage, wonderful facial and beautiful manicure/ pedicure.
Bad cuts, bad nails, bad massages. I have personally experienced all of these from this salon. The stylists are very unprofessional. Cussing, complaining about everything including other stylists and customers! I'm not sure how they are still in business. There are much better places to get these services done. My entire family has experienced the same disappointment from this salon over the years. We have given them multiple chances thinking maybe it was just bad this time. Or, maybe they are struggling with staff at this time. I have wanted to like this salon, but I just can't. They do not put customers first, or sometimes at all. very disappointing salon. I would go somewhere else.
Got my nails done by Miss. Patrice. She is awesome! The atmosphere was delightful, clean very pleasant. Will continue to go here from now on for all my beauty needs.
my stylist had me in tears after I saw what my hair actually looked like after leaving there and not in a good way! She never even wet my hair down just started chopping away as she was cussing and telling me how mad she was because someone just messed her hair up as she was doing it to me! Well she ended up cutting about 5 inches more off on one side than the other and completely destroyed my hair. Then I message the manager on fb and she says she will call me the following day to let me know what she will do about it, never called I ended up reaching back out to make sure something was done and then she says I’ll mail u a certificate but the stylist was never even spoken to! They are very unprofessional and I will never do business there again!!
Renuvenations Salon is a GREAT friendly place to receive quality service to satisfy everyone who enters the doors. Health precautions are top notch. Sue has been taking care of my hair since 1979. She is the best.
