Dr. K is the most amazing doctor. He knows his stuff, and he knows, through personal experience, what we are facing. He's the doctor whose opinion I respect the most, because despite all of his knowledge and how much he has helped me, I have gotten to know....laughed, joked, and had real talks with the man who made a promise to me almost 6 years ago to give my life more quality, and it's a promise he's never wavered in trying to keep, no matter what the government has thrown at him. Kudos to him and the entire staff of BKC and Safe Rx!

The Drs. And staff are great. They care about your health. And very sympathic with your symptoms. And they help anyway they can. Highly recommend.

Very rude can never get in touch with my doctor never able to actually talk to him if needed. Have to spend a hour on a virtual call just so they can ask how is your pain level... Seriously... And then want you to come in to get script but yet takes 2 hours to even get that!!! Not everybody can leave there job and come get there script or be on a phone call for a hour at there job tried to explain this over and over and even went to another job to accommodate them and heavens if you can't pee you spent your gas your 2 hours of waiting and not to get your script... Also when you say the medicine isn't working need the dosage adjustment that you have to take more than 2 your hurting have the MRIs the xrays all the doctor neurosurgery to back it up but wanna say sorry you have to get a injection first then 6 weeks later we will look at it... This place is a joke how can you say that to somebody who is in real pain who actually has chronic pain and a lot of other things to go with that to tell them no I don't understand that your there for that reason to help your patients out. Yea I might be young and they look at you like there is nothing wrong with you just want meds but ever stop to think put yourself in my shoes and let's see how it is to have headaches every damn day to the point your crying and your neck is hurting so bad and your hands are numb and hurting to the point can't stand it and let's see how you would feel. They need more people who actually understand and also to if you need to speak to your doc should be able to on that damn virtual call!!!!! Also no masks and let people in who get tested for covid who don't feel so good not everybody has to get all the symptoms to have it hello... But when there doc said to stay in they let you come in and don't care.. So irritated with these people.

Dr. K and his staff are by the best! I have been going there about 5 years now and from day 1 he listened to me and has did everything possible to get my pain manageable! I also have insomnia and wasn’t sleeping at all and the nurse practitioner prescribed me sleeping meds and thankfully I now am sleeping also! I would give them 10 starts if possible!! Highly recommend them!! This office isn’t just a doctors office I have formed friendships with many of the girls there! I love them all but Dr.K and Kelly Jo are definitely my favorites ❤ufe0f

I had an issue a while back but it was quickly taken care of. I love the doctors and staff there. Always very nice to me and the doctor takes his time and listens to me.
