dishonest freight company, changed freight classification after the fact just to upcharge, just to make a few extra dollars on a low quote, stay away, upcharges just because they can
Failed to deliver the shipment on schedule delivery day, I called and they said it wasn't scheduled which wasn't the case. If it wasn't scheduled why didn't they called? Terrible service
Failed to deliver Custom Critical shipment on time. Falsely claimed winter weather delay - weather was perfect. Failed to provide documentation to provide proof of reason for delay. Asked for up charge to HOT SHOT delivery next day. Failed to contact me when they could not secure an appropriately licensed driver/truck. Had no one to contact to meet me at their facility where material was being held, so i could get it myself. This company is a FAILURE at basic customer service and service.
Still waiting on my delivery that should have been here days ago...
