Horrible people and wouldn't go back for ANY reason!!
The guy that took care of turning on my phone, had me in and out in no time. 10/10 recommend. Very polite and saved me money
Place is rude. The guy who answered the phone on may 12 of 2020 around 12-130 was a complete jack. Hung up on me. Only answered the phone and when I asked a question just hung the phone up. Place needs to clean their act up
This review is based on 2 visits to the Metro by T-Mobile store located at 5500 Pearl Rd in Parma. First visit was when I purchased my new phone and plan. I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted and the store rep got me set up and going within 10-15 min. Spent maybe 20-30 minutes total in store. Second visit was to pay my first bill after initial purchase. I was in and out within 5 minutes tops. So based on my personal experience with this store I give it five stars.
